Pastors Russell & Jodie Wright Directors

Pastor Russell Wright is married with 5 sons, he has been managing disaster relief projects in both Australia & Overseas, most recently the Asian tsunami. He has led and organized youth mission teams to Asia for training in benevolent and welfare activities for the last 7 years. In total, over 170 youth have received training. These future leaders are identified and continue to receive ongoing training in the local community, church and youth projects. Russell is passionate about the youth learning to operate with integrity, honesty, and without compromise, to be fearless and to speak the truth in love. He is passionate about raising up and empowering youth for ministry and missions, both at home and abroad, so as to birth new works and break new ground in a world that is full of hurting people.

 

During a conference in 2006 I wept as the Lord flashed before my eyes orphans and foster children that I had come in contact with as I travelled Asia and the South Pacific in my role as Global Care Operations Manager. I asked the Lord why He was showing me these things as I had already been helping orphans and widows for 11 years, and the Lord spoke to my heart and said, "I don't want you to just feed and clothe them, but raise them up as leaders." So one of the goals of Right Connexions is to use all the networks I have to raise up these orphans as leaders who will then help orther orphans and widows. As part of this plan we have land in the Phillipines on the beach where we want to send a building team to build an oirphan and timothy training and live centre, a greenhouse where these children can grow up and not only fulfill their destiny but be the answer for someone elses as well.
